Refund policy

ALL SALE ARE FINAL. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. 

We apologize but due to the custom nature of the products sold on our site; we are not able to honor exchanges or refunds. Notice must be given to nil@hussleandwin.com within 2 days from when shipment is received for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging.

​If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage by email to nil@hussleandwin.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
